Great place, coffee was amazing and food was too. Tiny thing, it was a little chilly, but such a minor point, will go back and have already recommended.

3 of us had breakfast on a Sunday morning. Was greeted by a crowd of about 30 runners and feared the worst. However must have just been their meeting spot! Sat down and pushed a couple tables together and we were given a few mins. Ordered the food and could already see from other diners looked good. Had the smashed avocado with eggs, portion or french toast and a roll and bacon. Coffees were great too. Had an almond croissant after too. Superb! Have already recommended to friends and will definitely be back.

Paper cup is my regular 'go to' cafe. The coffee is easily the best in town, crafted by properly trained barista who care about the customer experience. Food options are eclectic and represent great value for money whilst being of a consistently high standard. This is an excellent example of a community focused independent business which has driven standards in our area and has become a deserving local favourite.

Whilst at a loose end waiting for car beng serviced, me & the 4 legged hound happened upon Papercup. Had walked past it twice after wandering round Barons Haugh. So glad I stopped to google dog friendly places in the area, definitely not your usual greasy spoon cafe! I had their Avocado toast & coffee, It was absoloutely gorgeous staff were lovely too. Didn't stay anywhere as long as I'd have liked as the hounds manners aren't that great but he did well for a first visit. Will definitely be telling people about this hidden gem

Located near Fir Park Stadium, Papercup is easy to find. The interior is bright, airy and welcoming, with a large front window to watch the world go by. The staff were very helpful, friendly and the service was excellent considering everything is cooked from scratch, good slow food not nasty fast food. The menu has a great choice of vegan and veggie options, they also serve meat which we personally don't mind, each to their own. We can recommend the veggie breakfast burger but have suggested it should come with a bib as eating one can be a messy business. They also roast their own coffee and it is excellent. The barista who prepared our coffees knew what they were doing, which was a delight to see and taste. We highly recommend the Papercup Motherwell and we'll be visiting as often as we can.

The flat white is tasty however the mocha was not pleasant, it must be straight cacao powder they are using its very bitter. The size of the coffee is also quite sad, either 8oz or 12oz, the cup will make you feel like a giant unless you have very small hands.
